Serenovia began during a trip to Europe, at a time when I finally stepped away from the constant responsibilities and fast pace of everyday life.

I had become so accustomed to always being busy, working, caring for my family, solving problems, and moving from one responsibility to the next, that slowing down felt unfamiliar to my body.

That experience made me curious. I began exploring the botanical ingredients and simple wellness rituals I discovered in Europe and wondered:

What if I could create something inspired by that experience, something gentle, intentional, and easy to incorporate into real life?
